Descriptions of Fitness Classes:

GFit45: This class is a 45-minute group training class that encompasses weighted and bodyweight exercises to gain muscle mass while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy but can be modified for any level of fitness.

Cardio30: This class is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training, which incorporates short intervals of workouts using both weights and bodyweight movements. A rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving.

Gentle Group Fitness: A lower intensity class that incorporates exercises that utilize resistance bands and small free weights. Appropriate for those with chronic conditions and/or limited mobility.

CycleFit30: Indoor cycling class encompasses a variety of drills including sprints, hills, and steady-state riding! This class will put you in a great mood with music blasting to distract you from how hard the workout really is! Although you can control your pace and tension on the bike, the instructor will ask you to try to keep up to a certain RPM and tension level, but you can modify throughout the 30 minutes as needed!

HIIT: High-intensity interval training is a shorter class due to its minimal amount of rest between movements. This class will get your heart rate up and guarantees you a great sweat! Often using a Tabata styled interval, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, you’ll be sure to stay moving for the full 30 minutes.
