Laser

Laser is used as an adjunct to specialized hands-on therapy. It is used in numerous conditions, allowing for the accelerated rate of healing to occur. Laser works by increasing the production rate of mitochondria (the cellular energy producing cells within the body). With a more efficient rate of energy production that body is able to increase its rate of healing, thereby helping to reduce the recovery time of the injury. Laser therapy is a pain free modality, with most people only noticing a slight warm feeling. Laser therapy is used in almost all soft tissue injuries, according to the needs and requirements of each individual.
